Managing Director Dino Elbakkali said: "Coton House is typical of our service which ensures customer comfort and satisfactions are our main priorities." He added that Dino's was "delighted to be involved in the project",
which came at a time of growth for the 11-year-old company.
Dino said he was amazed to be approached by CITB representatives, who said the firm "had what it took" to achieve Investors in People status, an award he thought was only gained by large companies.
Most of Dino's work is from the domestic market, which some large builders are not interested in.
Dino's image is of a traditional grass roots bulding company, which believes that apprenticeship is the foundation of the industry and offers a comprehensive range of services in new-build, extensions, refurbishments, alterations, plumbing, heating and contract maintenance.
The company is made up of three directors who collectively possess an immense amount of experience in the building trade. They are Dino Elbakkali (managing director),
Lee Montana (project manager) and Sal Josef (site manager).
